Perfect for those who need something new and different!
The video has the option to play one of the ten minute sessions, all of the ten minute sessions, or you can go in and customize your workout to do only the ten minute sessions you want! Each session goes by so quickly, it leaves you wanting to go on to the next one. Instructor is clear and good at giving directions ahead of time. She also encourages you to use heavier weights as needed! learn to love your fitness ball
I didn't think I would ever find a use for my fitness ball(I mean, you can't hang clothes on it if you don't use it). I bought this dvd and fell in love with it. The only time I felt silly using this was during the cardio,there is a frog like move. My favorite sections were the core, upper, and lower body. Beside the fitness ball you will need a set of light hand weights for the upper body portion. The instructor is like a friend urging you on without being over the top.I didn't think I would ever find a use for my fitness ball(I mean, you can't hang clothes on it if you don't use it). This isn't a bad DVD when you dont' feel like doing anything but at least want to do something. It is well put together with good form pointers and the instructor is pleasant enough as well. It has different workout options you can choose from a menu so that increases the variety and lenght of workout you feel like doing. I gave it an average rating because it didn't wow me but the foundation is there for a well structured and formatted excercise DVD.This isn't a bad DVD when you dont' feel like doing anything but at least want to do something. I've been doing this ball workout for years. The old DVD stopped working properly. It took a few months, but I finally replaced it. I like the upper body and core workout best.
