Wasted my time and money. Seller sends a machine, packs it inadequately, arrives and does not work. Paid out of pocket for return shipping so seller could swap components and return it. Seller decides he has "sellers regret" wants more money for the unit (for Xeons from 2017 he thinks are worth a fortune) and drags his feet. Operates with multiple names: itworkstations, Z.Workstations, and videocards out of FL. Probably because of so many happy customers. eBay is terrible now, I'm done.
