The dress I purchased was advertised and labeled as a size 14. When it arrived I couldn’t get it over my shoulders. I took it off and measured the bust which was 30” across. Hardly a 14. I messaged the seller but got no reply, and it says seller doesn’t accept returns. I’m ok with that if I got what was advertised and what I paid for. This definitely was not.
