Great backup drive. very portable. Very easy to use. I bought this because my family has a lot of pictures and music that I did not want to lose. I can take this drive with me and make a backup from my laptop nearly anywhere. Highly recommend the drive but not the place I bought it.

Appears O.K. working fine and doing what it is intended. However also having a Maxtor One Touch by the same manufacturer (Seagate), I much prefer it over the Free Agent. The reason, is that with the 'One Touch' you get options on what to back up, delete, change etc. The Free Agent gives no options. It does one thing, which is back up. It does not permit you to delete, erase, re-do, etc. Once it back ups, you are stuck with it. I would not buy another one.
