My disabled hubby absolutely depends on this flashlight for its versatility and has purchased this one to add to his same other two. It is bright when needed or can be adjusted to fit the need. It is lightweight, and hubby wears it in its case attached to his gait belt for quick and easy access when needed. Because it can use either of two different sized batteries, we can be assured that a battery will be available on hand for replacement, because hubby is really dependant on this particular flashlight for many uses in his every day life. Reasonably priced and well worth having. Buy one and try it...It works great for any occassion.

Pros: -Comes with a carrying pouch -good brightness -It has a two-bend belt clip so that it can be clipped in either direction, or possibly clipped to the brim of a cap. -Color is a bit warmer (i.e. more yellow-y) than many "neutral white" lights I have used, which is a plus for me. -good balance between wide flood and good throw on the center hotspot. -build quality is excellent and feels durable, although I have yet to test this rigorously. Cons: -ability to use either a CR123 or a AA means that it is a bit longer than many CR123 flashlights, but also wider and heavier than many AA lights. Still pretty small and lightweight, but definitely a smidgen bigger and heavier than other similar flashlights of either battery type. -I found the "tentaps" input method confusing at first, and the instructions do not explain it well. From the "off" position, you have to give it two half-clicks, then click and hold to reach the low brightness setting, which I find not intuitive. -The default mode order is high-strobe-low, so this means that you have to cycle through the high and strobe modes just to get to the low mode and dazzle your vision in the process. This also makes it easy to accidentally set it on the strobe mode when you meant to go to the low brightness mode. I immediately set it to the 3rd programmable setting of low-high. -I wish it had a third lower brightness setting for conserving battery for indoor use etc. where high brightness isn't necessaryRead full review

This light is small compact but packs a punch on brightness. it is 350 lumens which is really bright. for the size. Its an EDC (everyday carry flashlight) It is Ergonomic lightweight and overall a ten. The features are great and its easy to use and change them. For the price its most likely one of the best options in the market. The size is amazing in comparison to the brightness.

For starters the clip is sturdy, with dual purpose bends. Meaning it will clip to your pocket and your hat. The programmable lighting feature I like. I am not in need of a strobe, so the fact that I can program it out is a plus. The fact that it can accept a standard AA battery as back up is great in a pinch, although Lumen output is Reduced to 150 on high, it is better than being stuck with no light.

As an owner of several high end flashlights, I must say that this is one was and instant favorite. It seems very well made and is super lightweight and super bright. This flashlight maximizes the potential of a single battery. It's great to have a choice between the convenience of using a standard AA battery or a single CR123 battery. The run times are also phenomenal. I do not think you could do better for a flashlight of this type.
