Excellent service ... A++ seller!! *Fast* delivery!! The item was described as "Open Box -- Never Installed." It was even better than that ... it was a NEVER OPENED box!! Everything was new and untouched until I opened the box. Saved a ton of money!! It's even one of the newer versions of the Pro 750 with the Quick Connect cord. Because I was replacing an existing Insinkerator, all I had to do was attach the new disposer to the existing flange that's been installed for more than 15 years.
