High quality item; glad I have it.
High quality, sturdy, clear and good instructions, easy to use. I paid $117 which seems a fair price, or maybe even $200 would be OK, considering the mark-up that wholesalers and retailers get. But the usual price of $300 is excessive in my opinion. I must say that this is superior in quality to much of the electronic stuff on the market. I'm glad that I got it.

Nice bio-feedback companion!
While it's a bit too soon to review and assess the product's efficacy, it does appear to be a nice bio-feedback tool for those that are suffering from high blood pressure. They (the company) don't make lofty claims, which I appreciate. But they do claim that the product if used as intended, at the frequency that they recommend, will likely reduce your blood pressure readings (systolic and diastolic). But this will take time (4-6 weeks) before you will start to notice changes. The way I look at it is, that even if it reduces your readings by a few points and helps dilate your blood vessels with regular use, it's well worth the money spent! I WOULD NOT get off medication without the prior consent of your physician. It can be injurious to your health. I have used the product for 10 days and ...
