She agreed to a refund but did not pick the tubes up from her post office when they arrived. I sent her emails to let her know the tracking information indicated the tubes were ready for pick up at her post office. I had to spend a day navigating Ebay to get help. Ebay stepped in and provided refund via money back guarantee.
