Kindly asked seller to work out a deal after receiving 3 broken items. Seller issued a partial refund, then sent me aggressive screenshots of eBay terms and policies that did not apply to this transaction. Please be aware. Their negative feedback should have been a red flag for me.
Hopefully this helps someone in the future as the seller does not provide thoughtful or kind service on this platform— that’s something eBay shouldn’t stand for. I’ve been using eBay since the 90’s.
