The seller was honest to tell me that the item has a little defect (color) and refunded me $5.00. I could not even detect it when I received the item. The delivery was a little bit long (it's international) compared to another item I ordered almost at the same time, but still within the time frame. The product is still in a good condition. These lovely Father Christmas figures were in very nice condition. Seller was helpful, and happy to combine shipping and refund "excess charge" when I found a second one they had on offer AFTER I had completed my purchase of the first one. The fragile figures were packed to provide good protection during shipping, and they are still on display here (Christmas here is a season that doesn't really end until the snow melts!!) Many thanks for 2 great purchases!
