When I ordered this product, it initially came a bit warped and did not fit the camera properly. I contacted Scott about it and he replaced the camera case for free with another copy shipping it free of charge in the sturdy box .I even contacted him ahead of time asking him if the M1 case would be able to fit my M11, and he said that he would refund my money completely if it ended up not fitting, he even provided exact measurements and dimensions for each of the bodies so I could know the fit.
