The product was as described. It was shipped quickly and arrived pretty quick. The box was it came in was in good condition. When I opened the box, one of the hair dye boxes was damaged. When I checked to make sure it was good, the solution from bottle leaked out. I contacted seller to inform him of the situation. The seller said the only thing that could be done was a partial refund. That’s fine, but upsetting because I needed 2 for the thickness of my hair. I now have to order another.
