Good for those with gut issues
Good book for those with gut issues. Very informative and specific. However if you have histamine issues from gut issues he does not go into that and his food and supplement recommendations have a lot of high histamine items. Much in this i had read for free but some not. This along with 'Stoping the Vicious Cycle' are excellent books for regaining gut health.

Life changing book
I have multiple health issues including chronic inflammation in the joints (shoulders,) spine, hip, both wrists and arms and neck. I have become disabled to do my regular job as a professional waiter. This book by an M.D. author discusses why are we not healing. The gut is leaking, that's why. Nutrients are getting depleted and the good bacteria is disappearing because of antibiotics, processed food and un-helathy life style. I've been discussing the book with my brother who is a mega-health concerned person. I love this book and will be reading it few times until I follow the doctor's advices and hoping to heal from my injuries and chronic health issues. AND yes we need to eat some dirt. HE is absolutely right. Thank you
