The item was packaged in a box, (not just an envelope) with padding to protect contents. The package arrived slowly due to USPS delays, not anything to do with seller! Upon opening the well packaged box, the flyline was a different brand, than described. Contacted Seller and issued a refund, good customer service. Reliable and trustworthy!
