I've probably had 7 or 8 or these PA-3H massager over the years--I use it every day on my whole body but mostly for my back and shoulders--and believe it or not--my head and face. The one I had before this one had a loose wire --I had it fixed but I bought this as an extra one--I don't want to be stuck without it. Best massager ever
I've owned 5 of these over the past 6 years, for the average person they should last years, my wife and I have back problems and use them almost every day for over an hour between us. Mine last about a year, but a year of great pain relief. You can't buy these at your normal homedics outlet like walmart. So I buy them on ebay between 20 and 40 dollars
