    Great card for the basics.

    This modest GPU is a great addition to a PC that needed discrete graphics. It can also run low end games surprisingly well considering it's not a GTX card. (my monitor is only 720p mind you). It also does great video playback that might otherwise hiccup with aging integrated graphics. If you get a GT 620, don't forget that what kind of cable you will need, and get the latest driver.

    Great Value for Workstations

    I picked this up to replace an aging Matrox P690. Low price, dual head capability, excellent workstation performance and up-to-date drivers make this an unbeatable combination. If you are interested in gaming performance, I would look elsewhere though it does perform well enough that it can be used for light gaming as well.

    nVidia GeForce GT 620 provides hardware acceleration for h.264 (1080p) and h.265 (4K) as well as VP9 (youtube). This means that old CPUscome back to life since they are no longer bogged down by this very common load. This is not a gamer card for new games.

    Not compatible with HP desktop

    It didn't worked on my HP desktop even though it looks compatible. Postage for return the product is almost the item purchasing price. Therefore, I didn't bother to return it.
