Bought product for a specific vehicle. In requesting a return, I also explained the issue to seller that they don't fit &
are too large in all dimensions. I wish they had reached out to me for a solution, instead of just authorizing a return
and letting me know that it was going to cost me $16.57 in shipping to return. Also, they were advertised to "fit like a glove". Not even close.

The customer opened a return request, which we immediately approved. On March 8 we asked the customer to reply back if they ran into any issues, but the customer never replied back to give us any details on their issue. We are more than happy to help resolve the issue, but we do need the customer to respond back to us!

The part I got was in Rockautos beaten package, and it is defective. The seller has had 3 whole business days to reply my numerous messages, but chose not to. I have no choice but to issue a full refund. Lost about a month already with this, and that is way more expensive than this part was.
