Product Information

The Tower SP is a high-rise building simulation that lets players freely design their skyscraper however they see fit. Players can create office buildings, condos, apartments, and more while planning each floor and overseeing an expense report. By successfully managing the construction of the building, strategically positioning restaurants, bathrooms, elevators, and other amenities, players will be able to attract new tenants and bring in a steady cash flow. Yet things can start spiraling out of control in a hurry if players cannot effectively deal with fires, thieves, complaints, and even the dreaded cockroach. The underlying goal is to receive a five-star rating from the building review board, earning the coveted "tower" status and the envy of real estate moguls everywhere.

I am suspicious that this game was factory sealed as it did not seem to have the proper method for a Gamecube game factory seal, however, I will stop short of blaming the seller and the contents could have at least passed for being "new." Therefore I will be giving seller the benefit of the doubt mostly because it was still worth the price I got it at. Quick shipping and well packaged.

    Smoke grenade

    I bought this because i wanted it. then i opened the box and started too read the manual. everything was good. then i smelled ciggarette smoke and it smelled awful! I had to throw away the box and instruction manual. i had to lysol down the game so my ds wouldnt smell like smoke. if you are selling a game at least say "not from a smoke free home" so the buyer can be warned. the game works though that is why i did not give it a poor. thanks for a smoke grenade! geez!

    The Tower SP

    This game at the start is a bit interesting, however as it goes on and on and the demands get to where you can't really change the layout, it gets very old very fast. Though it is a sims type game, it just isn't hands on enough for me.

    Not a fun game to me.

    I didn't care for this game much at all. So I am giving it away for a Christmas present. I hope this person likes it better than I did.
