The delivery company they use was very nice and called ahead. Engine was clean and as described. Price was reasonable and the shipping charge was fair for lift gate service.

The lift truck I paid for was not used to deliver the part. According to the seller's message I received on May 11 24 at 08:11, the part could not be carried by hand from the truck to my place. I should pay for the delivery truck, per the insurance policy. I paid an extra $95 for the liftgate service, which I did not receive because the part was handed to my son by hand by the truck driver. Can I get my $95 back, please?
