    Drive would best be bought new. I bought 2 used drives showing some serious label wear. May have come from enterprise environment. Intermittent errors until reformatted after installing add on sata3 controller card. System said it recognized drives but appeared tom not function correctly until installation on a sata3 controller card.

    Good Hard Drive

    I use this as an external drive for storing video files and it works well for that purpose. It is large capacity and fast enough to watch the videos without moving them to the local hard drive.

    Fast, prompt service, good price.
