Seller shipped necklace in a very small plastic envelope with no box or packing. Links were bent. Shipped back same day received in same packaging…so small was lost over a week before usps found and sent to seller. Seller then refused to issue the credit because I’d had to open a case. EBay finally issued my refund. I rarely write a negative review but I felt other buyers should beware.
