Item was described as new but it was opened when I received it and had had obvious signs that it had been taken out of the box. Seller apologized and said they are only a reseller and it was not their fault. I think whoever puts the item on eBay is the one responsible. Seller should not trust everything the owner tells them and they should check the condition of the items to make sure is as described. Seller gave me a refund but it was a pain having to go to the post office. Not happy this time

The only thing that was upsetting - since the lot was sent in a non-original box (it was known in advance) the charger was lying in the top cover of the mac without additional packaging and lightly scratched top cover during shipping.

    Mighty little screw shooter.

    I read many reviews and one sold me on the one I bought. I use this mostly on maintaining appliances hvac drywall screws ect in tight spaces. I discovered today that with a freshly charged battery it will snap rusty bolts that hold the license plate to the bumper! It has seen many drops bumps and splashes, and works as good as the day I purchased it. It does not like hole saw used for door knobs. And i think I might invest in a 12v charger if such a thing exists. The lights on the front have saved me more times than I care to remember when power fails, or flashlights don't care to work. I wish i could leave the light on, but maybe next model.

    Light weight, good power, lots of LED's

    I'm an assembler for a large nationwide assembly company, and I use impacts, both 20v and 12v, all day long I started using the 20v tools first. I went whole hog and bought 4ah batteries and such as well. Fast forward six months after the 20v upgrade, my arm and shoulder were sore all the time from the weight of the 20v impact +battery. I picked up a friend's 12v and was amazed at the weight difference. So I bought a 12v impact, it did the job as well as a 20v without the problem of it breaking small screws and it was oh so light. So I bought another and another... Now I have as many 12v impacts as I do 20v, and the 12v units get far more use.

    Great tool!

    I prefer this over my 20v. I'm a trailer tech and this definitely meets my needs at work. I love how it has 3 power settings. Number 1 setting is for screws and is perfect for installing sky light and vent garnishes without damaging them
