Shoes were exactly as described. They looked brand new, even though, if I remember correctly, they were classified as previously owned. They did get slightly wet on the end because it was pouring down rain when they were delivered and it was a couple hours before I got home. They were wrapped in plastic, but not completely one end, & in an envelope, which was not waterproof. They dried quickly, are absolutely fine. I suggest putting in sealed plastic bag b4 putting in envelope.

This shoe is not easy to find. I wore out my first pair and didn’t see any other Hokas I wanted more. This pair was reasonably priced, arrived quickly and were just as photographed. I had one question and the seller responded well.
