The Konica Autoreflex T4 may easily be the most undervalued film SLR on the used market. Entirely mechanical operation with metered shutter-priority AE using a needle-trap system which is also mechanical in nature (but require power to the meter itself to work). Many small touches throughout the camera make them handle fantastically and the Hexanons they use are some of the best 135 format lens optics ever made. Complaints are often about the plastic top-cap, but I've never seen one broken - it's sturdy & durable stuff, and makes the camera lighter - there's still plenty of metal in the overall build and it feels far from cheap. These are a steal and I'd shoot one over an AE-1, OM-1, K1000 and a variety of other SLRs of the day. Just a fine camera.
