Generally negative experience. Item didn't come with something listed in the description; seller did not want to partial refund any amount which is fine. Seller didn't accept returns; I had to initiate a case to get a return going under the money back guarantee. Seller received the item back and held onto it past the refund due date. I had to, again, create and escalate a customer service case and eBay pulled the funds back to me. Own your mistakes and treat your customers better.
