Seller north.coast scamed me with a cheap vacuum. He personally stated Fast ship, I paid 9:23am 12/11, Shipping label created 5pm 12/12,Post office received 5pm12/13. He personally stated that it charged in 60 minutes but actually took 3 1/2 hours. He said he was too busy because of the holidays to give me a return label even after I ask him for one a day after the refund was excepted by Ebay. He took his sweet time {days}to give. He drag it out all he could. He never refunded me, Ebay had to.
