    Disappointed

    I am returning this product. I have a double coated, long haired dog who sheds a lot. It picked up some fur but it got clogged in the chute to the container. The rest of the fur was left on the rug rolled up like a tumbleweed. I bought it specifically for the pet hair and wanted something convenient to vacuum everyday. The vacuum was fully charged but it just doesn’t seem to have the ability to get the job done.

    Satisfied

    So far, so good! I am using it more often than my old heavy upright vacuum and doing a better job of keeping carpets and floors clean, I use it both as a stick vacuum and handheld. There is such a plethora of stick vacuums available now that shopping was hard, but the opportunity to bid on a new one that was rated well popped up, so I went for it.
