Friggin Great! Excellent for my back condition. Am not a doctor, but can speak for myself. It massages the two muscle flanks up/down on right/left side of the spine. Has alleviated my pain substantially. I have a diagnosed chronic back condition and decided to try it. For me it works like working out. One day on (3 cycles - 45 min/w heat), two days off (recovery, let muscles rejuvenate), one day on (3 cycles - 45 min/w heat), etc. Just like working out. It's as good or better than a personal back massage for me. Am not giving any medical or clinical advice to anyone but I do stand by my evaluation for me and my condition. not as good as i thought it would be.
the device has such a thin material that it hurts and where it,s placement for the massaging is to close to the spine. you cant increase the width on the device ether.. so if the placement is not good your just out of luck...not happy.
