The worst experience I ever had with a seller. I was sent the incorrect APIM, after I installed it which happens, but the seller was difficult to deal with exchanging or returning it. Fortunately, I was able to get refunded through Ebay 2 months after the purchase!

It was not eBay that refunded you, you did a return request but asked for a exchange told you to close the request if you need a exchange, because the only option we have is to do a full refund once there's a return request.. You took like 2 weeks to send the item back once it came back i gave you a full refund instantly with no hassles.
