It was advertised as Chanel aftershave balm. when I received the order it was typical aftershave lotion, not balm(more of a cream).. I sent the seller a message complaining that it was not the product I had ordered, this was on Apr 12tth. had a note from seller that a label would be sent to return for refund, no label received as of today, April 22.. Very disappointed in this whole process.
