    I am not happy with this purchase i did not get a bracket to install it nor did I get a chimney for it i contacted seller she says she will not send them because it was not pictured i just assumed it came with a bracket and it appears to be used which was not stated she refuses a refund and to send a bracket it was expensive and I am very unhappy with this also it was packaged very badly i am surprised it wasn't broken

As for your claim that the item was poorly packaged, I am never neglectful in my packaging. One can determine from the item’s description and pictures, a chimney or bracket is not being offered and is not part of the listing.
