At 4:30 one morning I had some body break into mt apartment who had a key, This lets you know if a key was use or a code was used that adds a lot more security and control of who can and who can't. If you can install a lock, You can install this with no trouble. In thirty minutes or less you can increase the security of your home or apartment, Its that easy to install and setup. With a i phone or siri you know if the door is locked or unlocked, even set times when to lock or unlock the door. This also has a key so you can pick the way you want to unlock the door. Key, app or siri. This is a lot heavier then what other locks are that adds extra security , Nothing flimsy about this lock.

Pros: HomeKit integration Easy Rekey Looks nice Cons: Unresponsive Keypad at times No geofencing alerts Loud Cannot run HomeKit automation without approval. If you just you your phone to control it, great! If you have some in your family that will only use the keypad, they will hate it.

Have has this lock for about a month and it works great with HomeKit. It’s fairly responsive only takes a few seconds and it always reliable. The only difficult thing about the lock is getting the screen to come on sometimes.
