The transaction was a little less professional than we were expecting given that the seller presented himself as a dealer, not a private seller. The pick-up was not conducted at a dealership and the van had no tag. We were given directions to a local business where we had to go to obtain our own temporary tag.

I am official car dealer , but I am not the tag office . The is completely another business in Pennsylvania . I provided the full information how to get the temporary tag in local tag office . Fastest and cheapest way 10 minutes procedure . This is the maximum I can do.
