Items as described, although it doesn’t fit standard tissue boxes. I had to fold the sides of the tissue box to get the cover on it, and the cover ends an inch above the bottom of the box.  shipping also seemed high at six dollars considering it was sent in a bubble mailer that I could send it for three dollars.
