The seller described the coat as “pre worn- Excellent condition.” The coat is not in excellent condition. It is stained and covered with filth. I understand pre-worn clothing as I collect vintage clothes. There is no way that this item could be considered Excellent. I haven’t purchased any clothes from eBay in years. I purchased this because of I thought eBay had instilled new buyer protections. Please respond.
