As you see from the photos the shipping box arrived undamaged. The inner box was undammaged as well. But the product container was severley damaged at the nossel for despensing. So I can only assume that the container was shipped defective to begin with. This defect does not harm the product itself but makes it very difficult to dispense the liquid into the measuring cup.
