The shipper fx assumed responsibility but offered no consideration for the inconveniences. The seller offered to accept return for replacement or full refund which I declined since I received what I paid for and the products were undamaged. I would buy here again but maybe request a different courier.

      I received the shocks in a damaged box from FedEx. The end of the package was completely open and the boxes inside were visible. I feel this was due to an insufficient amount of packing material allowing the heavy boxes inside to move around inside and cause the outer box to break. The inside boxes were slightly damaged per the pictures but all of the parts were inside and the shocks look undamaged. The price and shipping speed are what prompted me to buy from this seller, the issue was minor.
