5-star rating for the great deal and the fast shipping, which make up for the following: These were very poorly packed. A bubble mailer is not sufficient protection for 2 heavy hardcover books. Hardcover books should always have more protective packaging to prevent crushed corners. Guarantee you will get consistently better feedback from eBay buyers if you package books more securely! That said, I should have contacted seller directly to request more secure packing (something I usually do).
