About this product

Product Information

R: Racing Evolution for GameCube is notable for featuring not one but eight distinct racing styles, including GT, rally, and drag racing. A total of 14 tracks are available to compete on, with both real-world venues and fantasy locales represented. Players can choose from a variety of licensed vehicles to participate in one of four game modes: Racing Life, Time Attack, Arcade, and Versus. Racing Life is the heart of R: Racing Evolution, allowing players to participate in a storyline that chronicles an entire career filled with rivalries and lucrative events. By performing well in each race, players will earn points that can be used to unlock power-ups, modifications, and additional cars. The racing becomes more personal with in-game radio communications from crew members along the sidelines as well as from adversaries on the track.

Item was stuck in Dallas for 9 days due to an unreadable label. Seller cussed like a sailor and finally said i am done with this. Showed no respect. He said he gave me a refund but it never showed up on my credit card. After many many calls and emails to FedEx and the seller I finally got the item. It was all in the box and the original label was covered up but my original address was very lefgable. What a night mare

The goods were bought. Declared as new. But as a result, it was opened and packed again. There was a lack of cable and a usb dongle, which is most important. Its cost is $30-40. The seller was compensated by $20 and then through EBay support. I don't want to deal with him anymore. It's still a problem to find this USB dongle. In fact, I bought it, used it under the guise of a new one and not completely working

  • WOW! Better than expected!

I was looking for a very accurate looking, customizable racing game for the GameCube. I came across "R: Racing Evolution". I was blown away! The graphics are incredible. This game has REAL (officially licensed) cars and they look REAL too! Some of the cars available are: Corvette C5-R, Dodge Viper, 1969 Dodge Charger RT, Nissan Skyline, various Acuras and Hondas, and sooooo many more real cars, that range from a classic Peugeot all the way to a new Saleen S7-R! WOW! You get several game play modes, my favorite being the Arcade mode. However, you can also do other things like set up a career and upgrade your car as you win races. I would say the only major drawback to this game is that, even though there are realistic driving physics (cornering, braking etc.), there is no realistic damage ...

  • Underrated Game

This by far has to be one of the best racing games I have played. It can be compared to titles such as Sega GT and Forza Motorsport yet this game was made well before such titles. The graphics are too surreal to be a Gamecube game. Almost as if someone injected some next generation console DNA into this game. There are plenty of cars and those cars are amazing. Gameplay is phenomenal. This game gets more than 5 stars from me!!!

  • Good stuff

A genuine throwback to the good ol' days. Highly recommend checking it out.

  • R: Racing Evolution

I bought this game because there is no Gran Turismo for the Gamecube system. The graphics are really good and there are tons of exotic cars to win and purchase. My only complaint is some of the races are impossible to win the gold ranking. You have to race street cars on an off road rally course and there's no possible way to win. But that's only 3 or 4 races out of about a 100. I've been playing it for about 3 months straight and I'm only at 85% so I still have alot more to do! I give this game a A-
