The seller was also quick to ship the item, and I felt the price of that shipping was fair. - 9***4 (619)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI received the pencil and was visibly damaged. It was in a plastic bag and the missing part was not in it. There was only one photo on the item and the broken part was on the opposite side. It was sent in flimsy packaging for a reason. I notified the seller of the damage and he advised me to contact the USPS and file a claim knowing the package it came in was not insured. I am convinced the seller was not honest with me. I strive to package items securely and regret this oversight. I apologize for the missing part and any confusion from the photo. I suggested contacting USPS as a standard procedure, but I understand your frustration.
