Works exactly as described
A single pill is too intense for me, but my system is sensitive to strong doses of just about anything. Its a little cumbersome, but I open a capsule and split the dose in thirds and that is PLENTY for me. It makes me feel like I've had a few cups of caffeine - 1/3 puts me just shy of jitters. I can feel my body burning calories. But, the main reason that I use this is the feeling it gives me on tough days when I'm feeling a little down emotionally. This stuff picks me up;not like some miracle cure or anything, but just makes me feel a little less "down". Kinda hard to describe. There isn't any "buzz" or anything like that...just a more positive feeling that helps me feel like the little bumps-in-my-day aren't overwhelming. Most times, I prefer to not take anything, but occasionally there are times that I need a little help keeping momentum.

Within the first 5 min. of taking this I had horrible skin burning sensation! I will never purchase again! Dont feel it worked at all so not worth taking it due to the side effects.
