These are eyes, so they need to be in pairs. They also need backings for each eye to make them usable. The seller didn't include the unusable eye in the refund, nor did they include the eyes that can't be used because the count on the backs didn't match the count on the eyes. I would have bought several more items from this store. Now I won't. This store can't be trusted.
