Egg Poacher Deluxe
The weight is substantial, without being too heavy. The water heats quickly, and the steam vent on the lid helps to prevent steam escaping around the lid. The see-through lid, with good-sized knob, makes it easy to check the poaching progress. The tray, which holds the non-stick cups, also has a knob to make it easier to lift. The non-stick egg cups hold up to an extra-large egg, and the handles on each egg cup make it easier to remove to release the egg. All parts are dishwasher safe. Very convenient Egg Poacher
I like the glass lid , you can see you eggs getting done. The none stick cups work GREAT eggs just slide out - never sticking! If I were to change anything I would like to see a handle that insulates your hand from heat and that's really not a big thing. Initially my wife wasn’t impressed by the egg poacher, as she was comparing it with her old ( and more expensive) Paderno one. However, after trying it she was impressed that the eggs cooked really well and slid easily out of the containers and onto the plate. Best egg poacher I ever had. I bought one of the cheaper ones first. The non-stick fry pan held the poacher cups. I never seemed to get it right. Finally burned two of the cups. However, this one is quality. The cups are large and easy to handle. The pan is stainless-much better than the non-stick for cooking poached eggs. This is my favorite poacher I've ever owned and I've owned a few. This poacher is so well made with each egg container non stick and separately removable.
