I have a herniated disk at L4/L5. I can't use a regular saddle without tilting the nose down to an extreme angle to prevent back pain. This caused constant weight on hands, leading to loss of circulation every single ride. The ISM Touring allows me to use a more normal saddle position, without back pain. And no more pins and needles in hands. It takes some getting used to with some attendant aches and pains, but it is well worth it.

Just had an 8hr ride with these saddle and it does eliminate my numbness issue, but the design causes more pressure on my lower buttocks, pinch or wedging on my sciatic nerve area the moment i started riding. I adjusted to every length and angle test along the way. 8hr ride and still a distance from finishing and my buttocks is already sored. I'll do more test ride on my touring and other mtb bikes putting more miles to this saddle before full review.

It takes a little getting used to but once you start riding this seat is very comfortable for long-distance riding. I rode 40 miles over the course of two days and I didn't have any tailbone or groin pain whatsoever. I highly recommend this product it's a little pricier than most seats but well worth the money

I only wish I knew about this type of seat years ago. I ride almost every day on a stationary bike. Now with this type of seat no more pain or should I say no more numbness in that certain area and if you every rode for long periods of time you know what area I am talking about.

ISM saddles are very different and takes time to set up and many adjustments for me. I have tried it for a couple of rides and could not get it dialed in. The quality is good.
