They came in box was smashed holes in it. One seat had holes and scratches. I contacted seller they did not want me opening a request they wanted to wait to see what carrier wanted. I contacted carrier they said seller had to file a claim it may take 4-6 weeks. I opened a case then sellers claws came out said wasn’t a returnable item but arriving damaged isn’t how it was listed. Beware of this seller. Now I wonder if it was the shipper or the seller who damaged it. BEWARE

Hello, I was in constant communication with you about this. I offered to send you a replacement. and you declined. You are correct I did file a claim with the shipping company because they damaged the item. I never stated you had to wait 4-6 weeks you said that. I did accept the return and paid for shipping both ways. I still have not received the item back. I'm not sure how I could have served you any better.
