    Over 15 years using

    It is a great product.. I have been using the filter replacements for over 15 years. I only have one problem. When replacing the filter it requires someone with more strength than an eighty year old woman has to tighten it as much as is needed to seal it so the unit does not leak. I realized it needs someone stronger than I am. So I called my 50 year old son and he was able to tighten it to the correct place.

    Great product. Highly recommend.

    Direct replacement filter. No problems what so ever. The package was opened and resealed by customs? Not sure why that happened, but the filter itself was still sealed, and works normally.

    Relatively easy to install

    Relatively easy to install, and works great! You can see how well it works by examining the old one you are replacing... and all the discoloration and particulates it trapped since replacing the one you had before it! (And without it, you'd be wondering, "You mean I would have been drinking that stuff?! Yeow!")
