I had want to have an issue that was my own causing. I ordered a long time for the set and contacted the seller within 2 hours after placing the order when I realized I had ordered the incorrect one. The seller took 2 days to contact me back and told me that he would normally not have a problem exchanging or refunding but that they had already sent it which they had not. Two days later they printed out the label to have it shipped. Extremely unhappy because I feel like the seller was dishonest
