Shipping was extremely fast (2-3 days) and even though my first package had arrived damaged, the excellent customer service sent out a replacement chair the very next day after receiving my complaint of the damaged chair and were extremely helpful in helping me dissemble and schedule for my damaged chair to be pickup with no hassle other than having to wait a few more days for my new chair. New chair is basically brand new from what I can tell. Absolute class act of customer service.
