Accurate description. Seller and I had agreed on a price that included seller paying for shipping. However, when time came to close the deal the price included me paying for shipping. When I brought this to his attention, he said he didn't see that he agreed to pay for shipping and that he couldn't afford the deal as agreed. I bought the item anyway, but he took a week before shipping.
