The fragile 4.5 in. bisque doll I ordered from "erstwise" was first carefully wrapped with tissue paper wound around the doll's body and then around each arm. Then, the doll was covered in 2 yards of bubble wrap, and placed in the small box. This same small box was placed in a bigger box with at least 2 cubic feet of packing peanuts. I was so happy when my very fragile doll arrived quickly in beautiful condition as described.
